Client-Authorized Workflows

VoiceDrive is designed for client businesses that connect assets they own or are authorized to manage. Platform Data is used only to provide the client service, such as support workflow visibility, customer inquiry handling, account/channel status, and order follow-up.

Safeguards

  • No scraping, data resale, or unrelated use of Platform Data.
  • No unsolicited bulk messaging as an approved service behavior.
  • Role-based access for client users and operational teams.
  • Rate limiting, queues, retry backoff, monitoring, and disable controls.
  • Data minimization, retention review, and deletion request handling.

Platform Data Statement

VoiceDrive uses Platform Data only to enable the service requested by the client. We do not sell Platform Data, use it for unrelated products, or transfer it outside the authorized client workflow except where required to operate, secure, or comply with the service.
