VoiceDrive provides a SaaS platform for client businesses to manage customer communication, support, order follow-up, voice workflows, and authorized integrations. Each client is responsible for ensuring it has the right to connect and manage its own business assets and customer workflows.
Authorized Use
- Use the service only for lawful, authorized business communication and support workflows.
- Connect only business assets, accounts, and integrations you own or are authorized to manage.
- Use Platform Data only for the service and purpose approved by the connected platform and the client.
- Do not sell, scrape, misuse, or export Platform Data for unrelated purposes.
Prohibited Use
Clients may not use VoiceDrive for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, phishing, scraping, impersonation, illegal activity, platform-policy circumvention, or any activity that harms users, platforms, or data.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for user consent, opt-in status, message content, call content, business authorization, customer support practices, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, unauthorized use, policy risk, security risk, non-payment, or activity that may harm users, platforms, or the VoiceDrive service.
